Regent Chongqing Hotel

Experiencing a luxurious stay, we were amazed by the exclusive amenities available at this hotel. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were soothing and relaxing. the spa lounge provided a calming ambiance with a heated swimming pool, adding to the elegance of the spa centre.

Had a nice New Year's stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The hotel is located near the main shopping area and the public transportation system making it easy to get around.

The machine showed an error message for three days in a row and no one seemed to take care of it. It was frustrating to have to make our own coffee in a small corner with a broken machine every morning.

Spent Xmas weekend at this hotel and the room was decent. It had two great features: a mini fridge and free Wi-Fi. The location was also very central and convenient. The hotel provided easy access to popular attractions and dining options. Additionally, I enjoyed having access to a fitness center, which was clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee machine was broken for all three days of my stay and the staff did not seem to care. It was a frustrating experience to have to make my own coffee at a small station. The machine displayed an error message and could not dispense any type of specialty coffee like lattes or cappuccinos. the poor service condition and lack of attention to detail made my stay not worth the high price I was charged.

The hotel's location was decent, close to some restaurants and shops. Room was average with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Reception staff was pleasant. the breakfast was a disaster, with a broken coffee maker that was never fixed.
